This update to Turbo VM includes fixes for the following issues:

• Improved performance of applications in environments with slow file IO
• Improved performance of applications with sandbox contention
• Support for window title prefix configuration
• Support for window border configuration
• Support for additional proxy hostname resolution settings
• Fixed sandbox move operations across sandbox boundaries
• Fixed security warnings by loading Turbo DLLs from @SYSTEM@
• Fixed issues with isolated CLSID for CoCreateInstance
• Fixed non-system root drives to no longer honor ForceWriteCopyIsolation setting
• Fixed support for Windows SxS relative assembly references
• Fixed inheritable section handle creation
