Turbo Client 25.10.13.2869

This update to Turbo Client includes the following improvements:

• New --proxy-tls run flag enables TLS for SOCKS5 proxy connections; --proxy-tls-skip-verify disables certificate verification for proxy TLS connections
• New --clipboard-size-inbound and --clipboard-size-outbound run flags set clipboard transfer size limits independently for each direction

This update includes fixes for the following issues:

• The Open in Turbo Sandbox context menu item could show a blank icon and fail to launch after a fresh client install
