Turbo VM (Preview) 25.12.6

This preview update to Turbo VM includes the following improvements:

• Added new IsolatePrinters setting
• Added EXTENDED_CREATE_INFORMATION support for NtCreateFile
• Improved Visual Studio build performance
• Added fallback to stub executable launch if DLL injection is not allowed (e.g., when launching UWP apps)

This update includes fixes for the following issues:

• Fixed crash when changing xappl sync-nosync flag without resetting sandbox
• Fixed CreateActCtxW failure when first SxS manifest is sourced from the sandbox
• Fixed potential deadlock in ServiceHub.VSDetouredHost.exe
