Technical Account Manager (Contractor)

We’re seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager who owns customer outcomes end‑to‑end.
You work independently, are passionate about solving customer problems, and actively influence product definition, development, and testing.

What you’ll do
- Own design, implementation, and adoption of Turbo solutions for enterprise customers
- Package and containerize applications with Turbo Studio; build, test, and ship reliable containers
- Reproduce, diagnose, and resolve complex app compatibility and deployment issues
- Turn customer problems into actionable product work: write clear repros, validate fixes, and test builds
- Automate workflows to reduce manual work and accelerate delivery
- Produce concise documentation (packaging steps, test results, troubleshooting guides)
- Manage multiple accounts independently; plan your week, communicate status, and escalate early when needed

Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows application packaging/deployment in a customer‑facing technical role
- Proven experience delivering enterprise applications at scale (e.g., endpoint management, VDI, or similar enterprise delivery contexts)
- Deep understanding of Windows app behavior and OS internals (registry, file system, services, environment variables, profiles, permissions)
- Strong scripting/automation to support packaging, testing, and diagnostics
- Advanced troubleshooting: reproduce issues, isolate variables, interpret logs/traces, design experiments, and perform root‑cause analysis across application, OS, and network layers
- Excellent written and verbal communication with developers, testers, admins, and customers
- Operates independently with a methodical, solution‑oriented approach; partners with engineering to create minimal repros, validate fixes, and verify releases
Compensation & engagement
- Contractor role (independent contractor); fully remote with flexible hours
- We pay at the high percentile of market compensation (top‑of‑market for experience and impact)
- Preference for candidates with core working hours overlapping US Eastern or Netherlands/CET
