As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will establish, nurture, and expand key business relationships with large enterprises. You can effectively demonstrate the Turbo platform to customers and explain how our technology enhances their IT effectiveness. You will research and pursue new business opportunities as well as expand relationships with existing customers. You will provide outstanding service and support to ensure client satisfaction that leads to long-term commitment to the Turbo platform.

A successful Enterprise Account Manager is a sales-driven and a fast moving individual with a strong customer focus. You have a firm understanding of our technology and are passionate about using our products to create value for customers. You know how to quickly identify the right decision makers and influencers and push opportunities to completion. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and are able to apply them to connect Turbo capabilities with customer needs.

The successful candidate for this position will have strong technical background and demonstrated success selling technical software products into enterprise accounts.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects and assure the success of each assigned client's business
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date and accurate sales and revenue forecasts for all assigned accounts and achieve associated quotas
  • Maintain accurate records in Customer Relationship Management software and effectively utilize internal conversation intelligence, marketing, and sales tools
  • Build effective long-term relationships and develop influence with internal stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to develop new marketing and training materials to assure successful customer onboarding and support business-wide adoption
  • Quickly and regularly learn new products and technologies in a fast-evolving space
  • Work effectively with development team members, product management, contract staff, and customers to provide feedback to improve sales outcomes

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background, ideally including experience in End User Computing (EUC) technologies such as virtualization, application packaging, deployment, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
  • At least 3 years of sales experience relevant to complex solution sales processes
  • Ability to understand core Turbo products and technologies and communicate these concepts in clear, effective language
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use a computer during most work hours
  • Ability to work independently and with other team members in a fast-paced, high growth environment

As this position is partially or fully remote, candidates must have access to high speed Internet and a suitable desktop computer work environment.
