Getting Started

Signing In

To get started, sign in to your Portal. The Portal is a web site where you can access all of your organization's applications and files.

Your system administrator will provide with the URL of your organization's Portal. Once you open the URL, you can sign in with your organization credentials.

If you have a Workspace hosted on, press the Sign In button in the top right and sign in with your credentials. If you don't already have a account, you will need to create a account and ask your administrator to add you as a member of the Workspace.

Native Clients

For the best experience, it is recommended to install the native applications on your device. provides an app for all major desktop and mobile platforms.

If you do not use one of client applications, you can still use via a web browser.

If you are on a device issued by your organization, your system administrator may already have installed the necessary client on your device.

Running Applications applications can be opened using the Portal or, if configured by your administrator, directly from the Start Menu or Applications folder.


To open an application or file, go to the Portal and click on the item you want to open.

By default, items will open and stream inside the web browser. For a better experience, you can open items in one of the native applications by right-clicking on the icon and selecting Run in Cloud (Windowed).

If you are on a PC that meets the application requirements, you also have the option of running the application on your own device. There are no separate installation steps required to run applications once the for PC application is installed.

Opening an application

To select a specific way to run the application, right-click on the application and select one of the following:

  1. Run in Cloud (HTML5): The application will run in the cloud and stream to your device inside the web browser.
  2. Run in Cloud (Windowed): The application will run in the cloud and stream to your device via the native application.
  3. Run on My PC (Local): The application will be downloaded and run on your device.

You can select a preferred default method of running an application by clicking on the gear icon in the top right of the application list:
